Achivements

  • Formed a team, selected Heidi as the team leader and Toni as the administrator. Discussed team members skills, interests and motivations.
  • Sprint00 issues done
  • Studied the customer and the product
  • Recapped the usage of Gitlab, issue boards, user stories and the project management course.
  • Created the required CSC accounts.

Challenges - The amount of material can be a bit overwhelming. - All of the team members have a lot of other course work as well, so making an working schedule can be challenging.
